Unlock your profit potential now.

How This Works — Cow-Calf Ranch Management Made Simple

Where to Sell — Compare Cattle Auctions

Compare sale barn prices in your area to find the highest-paying auction. Even small differences in price per hundredweight add up fast across a full load of calves. Our cattle data covers cattle auction prices today from hundreds of locations, giving your cow-calf operation real cattle price transparency.

When to Sell — Cattle Price Seasonality

Track cattle price trends and seasonal patterns to find the best time to sell cattle. Our cattle market forecast tools analyze cattle price seasonality so you know when to sell feeder cattle for maximum return.

What to Sell — Feeder Cattle Prices by Weight

Understand how weight affects your net profit. Lighter calves bring a higher feeder cattle price per pound, but heavier calves may net more per head — find the sweet spot for your operation with our cattle price prediction tool.

How to Grow — Replacement Cattle Strategy

Explore long-term strategies like heifer retention programs to build herd value over time. Track replacement heifer prices and cow-calf pair prices to time your expansion and increase future revenue.

Example based on ~90 calves at 550 lb avg. Your results will vary based on your location, herd size, and market conditions.

Cattle Prices Across the US — Feeder Cattle Prices, Fed Cattle Prices & Cattle Market Forecast

Cattle Price Trends — When It Comes to Cattle, Geography Matters

Cattle auction prices today are highly variable across the US. How does your state stack up against the others in your region? Leaning on verified cattle data helps you capture those regional spreads — often tens of thousands of dollars over a season when you sell in the right lane. Our cattle data platform tracks cattle price volatility and cattle sales trends in real time.

Northern Plains Premium — Cattle Price Trends by Region

Northern plains states dominate with abundant pasture and nearby feedlots, commanding higher feeder cattle prices. Regional spreads tripled since 2022. Nebraska commands 18.5% premium over Mississippi — $315/cwt vs $257/cwt. Understanding cattle price volatility across regions is essential for any cow-calf operation.

Cattle Market Forecast & Beef Cattle Price Outlook

Our cattle price forecasting engine combines livestock auction trends, cattle on feed analysis, and seasonal patterns to deliver an up-to-date beef cattle price outlook. Track fed cattle prices, slaughter cattle market prices, and feeder cattle prices to understand where the market is heading. Compare cattle futures vs cash price to evaluate forward cattle contracts and formula cattle pricing opportunities.

Cattle Price Seasonality — Best Time to Sell Cattle

When to sell feeder cattle depends on seasonal cycles, regional supply, and market conditions. Our cattle price seasonality analysis reveals the optimal windows to bring your cattle to market — whether you're running a cow-calf operation or backgrounding cattle operations. Cattle prices and weather, cattle prices and drought, and cattle prices vs corn prices all play a role in timing.

Our Cattle Data — The Foundation of Every Recommendation

We aggregate verified auction reports from USDA AMS, state agriculture departments, and direct auction feeds to provide the most comprehensive cattle data platform available to individual ranchers. Our platform processes millions of data points daily to deliver real-time cattle market forecast insights, historical cattle price trends, and AI for cattle pricing analytics.

  • 2.3M+ Sale records from cattle auctions nationwide

Replacement Cattle Prices & Cow-Calf Pair Prices

Track replacement heifer prices, replacement cattle prices, and cow-calf pair prices to plan herd expansion and retention. Monitor heifer and cow sales across cattle auctions nationwide to find the best value for your operation.

Data sent to AI processors. Audit logging. Angus interactions are audit-logged to our internal database (MongoDB) for security and compliance purposes. Audit logs record interaction metadata but do not store the content of your messages.

No AI-generated financial or livestock advice. Responses from Angus are informational only and do not constitute financial advice, investment advice, or a recommendation to buy, sell, or hold any livestock or commodity. All selling and buying decisions remain solely your responsibility.
